South of Fremantle: 2000s and 2010s estates in Success, Atwell and Aubin Grove, the Cockburn Central retail hub built over the station, and a stretch of coast at Coogee and North Coogee that came good after the foreshore rebuild. Mid rent for reasonably new houses.
