Midland is the historic eastern junction: the old railway workshops became a hospital and campus, there is a big shopping centre and it is the end of the line. This is a more working-class, cheaper Perth, and the climb into the Perth Hills starts right here.
Good for
- Cheap rent with a direct train
- Construction, logistics and workshop jobs
- A base for the Perth Hills
